Every agency’s needs are different. Some
already have a person that is strong in at least one of the Office programs
and / or their AfW or AMS360 management system. Others are struggling
to keep afloat in one area and some are just adrift in a sea of questions.
To help you determine where you need help in the agency, by
department or by individual, I have created a self-evaluation worksheet for
each individual in the agency to complete. It includes a field
at the bottom for miscellaneous comments or special requests. This form is completed with just a single
click on each area. If an area does not apply to
an individual, they just mark it as N/A.
