Services & Fees

Listed below are some of the services I provide. If you have questions, please submit a Request for Training form and we can discuss what you may or may not need. This list is incomplete by design. It is a list of the basic items. Other, special requests may also be available.

On-Site services:

On-site visits are $1,200 per day. If the visit requires travel, then I recommend a 3 day minimum to maximize the benefit based on the fixed costs of the travel. Exceptions are always possible. All expenses associated with the trip are billable as well.

Workflow review at the CSR, accounting or producer level.

Specific training in Word, Excel, Outlook or PowerPoint at the level you require – CSR, accounting or producer.

Detailing the integration between AfW or AMS360 with the Office programs.

Training of new employees in the management system – AfW or AMS360.

Shortcuts for existing users.

Third-party programs and how they improve workflow.

Working with reports, in traditional and non-traditional ways.

Any of the on-line or phone services.

Making Excel spreadsheets and workbooks work for you and your staff.

On-line services:

On-line services will be discussed on an individual agency basis.

Reconciling Direct Bill accounts

Reconciling Bank Balances

Review Financials for errors

Phone training:

Phone training is $150 per hour. Prior to the start of the session, you will need to ensure that your group is ready to go at the appointed time. Until it gets too rowdy, it is irrelevant to me how many you have in the room to listen to the training. There should be a limited number of people designated to do the talking.
